Welcome to the Cashless World of ToKE!
Enjoy the unlimited opportunities of fair trading with the ToKE app, where no money/ currency is involved. The idea of the ToKE app revolves around a commodity community-based trading platform i.e., barter, in which trader and bidder are involved in trading one good or service for another without using money. A ToKE is awarded to each party automatically as a Badge of Credibility after the Exchange is agreed upon.

Do I need to register to view Posts?
You can view all posts on the home screen without registering, but to view individual post details and/or bid i.e., make an offer on a post you will need to register.
Is there a limit to the number of Posts or Offers I can make?
No, there is no limit. Enjoy the endless opportunities for exchange.
How Do I Bid / Make an Offer?
The purpose of the Toke app is to make exchange seamless and thus has kept the process simple. You can bid or make an offer in a few easy steps.
Click on Item and select 'Send Offer'. You can also attach an image of your offer, for this, click on the option- Image. Choose whether the photo you intend to upload is to be taken with the camera or from your gallery. Add as many photos as you think are necessary to provide details. Next, explain your offer in the text section, add your location, and 'Submit'. You can view your offers/bids by selecting 'Your Offers/Bids' from the menu.
How Do I Know Whether My Bid Has Been Accepted?
When your bid is accepted, you’ll receive a notification on your app. To check the details of your accepted offer, go to the Notifications and there click on the post.
What is a TOKE?
A TOKE is simply a token of credibility. You will receive 1 TOKE for every exchange you complete, whether via Posting or Bidding/Offering. The more TOKEs you collect, the more reliable your trading/ exchange reputation becomes.
Do I Need to Give a Review?
Although sharing feedback is an optional process, it is highly recommended to give a review as it provides others with a level of confidence when bidding on posts from other users.
How Do I Manage/Change My Address?
TOKE will have recorded your 'Home' Address when you registered via GeoLocation.
To add an office or other address select 'Manage Address' and drag the PIN to your desired location. Save as office or other, and when your address is required during posting or bidding, you can select the appropriate address to use.
